Easter fun

We had a long easter celebration around here. Started Friday with dinner at Mawmaw and Pawpaw's home and ended Wednesday when we came home from MeMe and PapPaw's home.

The weather was cold and we even had some sleet on Saturday so Gregg hid the easter eggs in the living room Saturday night so Lucie could find them when she woke up. Gregg did such a great job we'll be finding eggs for the next month I'm sure :)




At MeMe and PapPaw's we dyed eggs and had the pocking contest. Randi won for the prettiest egg and Gregg had the strongest. Gregg then dropped his prize egg which was fine by me because every time he wins he wants to save the egg in the freezer for next year...



We had sad good-byes with MeMe and PapPaw because they will be moving from New Orleans in three weeks and will be too far away from us to visit regularly. MeMe was explaining to Lucie about the move and everything. Well Lucie didn't say too much and we left. She slept the whole way home, when we arrived she woke up and got mad! She started crying and saying "No don't stop here! We need to go to MeMe's new house!"
