Pendleton's Farm and Butterfly Bio-Villa

Each year that we've been in Kansas, we have visited Pendleton's. It is so much fun to roam around and play on the farm. This year we visited on the day they released the Monarch butterflies from the Biovilla. They tag each one then release them to begin their journey to Mexico, where the butterflies will spend the winter. The kids did such a good job being gentle with the butterflies.
